Data collected: account data (name, email), project/agent data, audit records (action metadata, hash/signature) — no raw contents where avoidable, hashes only where possible.

Purposes & legal basis: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — providing the service; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — security and audit integrity.

Retention: audit records at least 6 months (immutable, tamper-evident); account data until account deletion.

Processors (Art. 28 GDPR): Supabase (database/hosting), Vercel (hosting), Mistral (AI processing).

Your rights (Art. 15–21 GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
